  When I lived in MN we had to deal with Spectrum. They are terrible in every way. Customer service was awful and how often they raise rates or sneak in hidden fees will blow your mind.

  Regarding customer service line. I had the worst experience ever Tuesday night. So bad that I’m still reeling from it. So, I’m here to review. I spoke to a woman who continuously and relentlessly tried to lie and gaslight me. She was twisting my words and said if I cancel my tech service that it cancels my internet. She changed her story several times and was VERy rude. I requested a disability accommodation and she decided she would try to cover her tracks. Eventually she “accidentally” hung up. I had to call back and am so glad I got a different rep. She fixed my problem immediately without issues and she explained everything to me. First Lady was a nightmare. Be wary. I’m

  This five star review specifically goes out to Misael; After moving locations and being told by a customer service rep. over the phone that I was not needed to return the equipment, rather leave it at my old address, I was charged 240$ for "not returning the equipment. I spoke to multiple reps. over the phone who insisted that there was nothing they could do for the charge and that I basically just needed to pay the charge based on misinformation and there was no other way to resolve the issue. I called my direct store here in town, Misael got on top of the issue right away, collecting corroborating info, and diligently following up with me in order to get the issue resolved. it is customer service like such that was provided by Misael that continues to keep long standing customers happy and coming back to continue to do business. Thank you Misael, and shame on the other customer service reps that I spoke with that took less attention to this issue.

  Brandon was so much help getting me setup with the lowest price for my internet and he even took extra time to help me with other problems. He was so nice throughout the entire process as well. Christian also helped a lot during the process and couldn’t have been nicer! GIVE FANTASTIC WORKERS LIKE THEM A RAISE!
