- DBDeborah Bryant3 days ago5.0Excellent experience yesterday at store while switching our mobile phone service to Spectrum. Customer service agent, Keenan, was very patient, knowledgeable, and resourceful in managing the difficult transfer from our former provider whose service had deteriorated over several years.
- MOmy humble opinion6 days ago5.0Returned a modem today. They bought out Cox 2 weeks ago. Very efficient process. Im 64 and have a hard time standing in lines to wait for service. These guys let you sign in upon entering the store and there is actually places for customers to sit and wait for your name to be called and offered assistance. Exellent on Spectrum. Not sure if Cox did this but either way for people to be able to sit and wait is very important for mobility issues. Cheers.

Never could speak to someone. Went to text to chat. That "person" transferred me to someone else that never came through. Going to move over to Goggle or Star Link. Spectrum customers are not valued

- SLSpencer LovellSep 13, 20261.0Cox sucks. I’ve never had an issue with the staff at this location, but the service itself is garbage. I can’t conduct a meeting from my home office internet without it going out every 10 minutes. Troubleshooted everything and it’s still trash. I’m not paying my full Cox bill either, I’m owed money as far as I’m concerned. Switching to Starlink.
