  Set up my internet via phone operator, i decided to pick up modem at this store instead of having it mailed.Everything was completed over the phone including deposit for new equipment, all i needed to do was pick up modem, sounds simple and straightforward right?Not my experience at this location, the employee tried upselling me for about 20 minutes, bro just give me my modem please!

  The internet service is not reliable at all. It’s constantly experiencing outages and incorrect estimates of when the service will be restored. This is the 4th day this week my internet has been out and this is a common occurrence. Don’t waste your time or money with cox, especially if you need internet access to work. I’ve never had this many problems with any internet service provider before, it’s almost like they’re purposely trying to be the worst provider in the area, or they just don’t care about their client’s needs so they don’t attempt to improve anything. My friend just switched to AT&T and I’ll be doing the same.

  I think I would have to give maps a 3 on directions but Nick at the store was a solid 5!

  Rich at this store is one of the worst managers I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I sat in the lobby for over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence and it was only until I overheard a rep trying to sell an African American veteran a 500GB plan for 35 more dollars than what was advertised that I stepped in and asked why he was not getting the correct price. Also not being told the truth that wifi will not get you the 500GB as advertised. Extremely corrupt business model and predatory against elderly and most fragile citizens. Could not believe my ears. This is the worst ran and managed company and they continue to get away with it because there are not any better options. Thank the heavens for GFiber being implemented. Cox has also been down with an outage in my area since the weekend and no refund or compensation to be had. Rich told me "call billing" instead of providing any semblance of customer service to assist me. At the end of the day, if you are a paying customer and not able to use your service in a largely work from home environment and Rich turns his back on you.. that says enough. Truly the worst experience I have ever been apart of and this is just one of similar multiple interactions. Stay far away if you can afford to!!!

  This Cox locations is just fine. Not to busy - not to slow. East to get to - and easy to see. Not much to complain about.
