Angie was a life saver today (as dramatic as that sounds) my husband and I have had a few issues as of recently with our account and when we tried to call the tollson location I kept getting hung up on and then no one was answering. When I called this location and asked for a manger or supervisor on shift to help by a blessing I got Angie who was able to help every question I had and to point In the right direction. While my husband was ready to jump ship and go somewhere else Angie stopped that from happening!!!

I went into the Cox store on Cotton Ln and Yuma in Goodyear to exchange my internet modem after Cox customer service advised me to get a newer one. The associate helping me, Jason, explained that the new modem would not be compatible because I do not yet have fiber connected. I told him that in that case, I would just keep my current modem until a technician could come out.
Unfortunately, Jason processed the return on his tablet without confirming with me first. When I got home, my internet no longer worked. I had to drive back to the store, and they gave me a different modem because apparently my old one could not be added back to my account.
Now I am without internet until Thursday, and I work from home. This situation was extremely frustrating and very unprofessional. Better communication and confirmation before making account changes would have avoided this entire issue. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years. Maybe it’s time for me to check out other internet companies.
