- JHJohnny Hulse6 days ago4.0Cox I had for almost 9 years and a few outages, but customer service complete care was amazing and quick. Not always best price although they gave some promotions that helped. Now Spectrum trying to switch over phone lines started 2 days ago now over 8 1/2 hours now still on phone getting transferred talked to 23+ people on hold, phone drop call, deal done once, then cancelled, then person after person and still waiting to no avail. I guess I have to come in. Very frustrating. First line transfer to cox was less than 20 minutes on the phone between cox and Verizon. Well I received some amazing help From Freddie Manager, Jake in store and Star over Phone in LV and was able to get all my lines finally transferred and activated Saturday evening. I look forward to more positive experiences as a spectrum customer after my rough start
