  I have been a loyal Cox customer for several decades, and whenever I have concerns about rising prices or service-related issues, I go directly to this store for assistance. Assistant Sales Manager Randy Saldivar has been exceptional. He takes the time to listen carefully, treats customers with genuine respect, and consistently finds solutions to help. What stands out most is his dedication. He not only provides excellent service in person but also follows up by phone and returns calls when promised. Randy's professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly outstanding. I cannot praise him enough for the support he has provided over the years. Thank you, Randy, for always going above and beyond!👏👏

  Fantastic customer service and patient staff. Asst. Manager Randy Saldivar was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of his way to solve an issue with an internet plan. He was friendly,patient and understanding. Being a senior citizen sometimes gets tough with new technology and Randy made me and my neighbor feel understood and we left the store knowing that our issues had been taken care of. Thanks Randy,keep up the good work

  Cox help with a very great service and the plan for two phones and Cox wifi for less than $80 bucks was awesome and they really work with you when you dont have much money they try to work with what you got thank you Cox we need more stores like them
