  If I had the option to get fiber optic from literally any other company I would. I can’t get a tech out without a service fee. Even though I’m 99% sure it’s their own infrastructure outside the house that’s the problem. I’ve been contacting cox support for months and they just tell me to upgrade equipment. I did that problem still persists but now I can’t even change my WiFi name and password cause of the app crashing or “timing out” I’ve reached out to support over this too, I’m just told the problem is on their end because of the merger and to just give it some time and it’ll be available. It’s been two weeks now still can’t see my WiFi settings in the app. And I just got told again to wait. Their tech help is a joke constantly saying just rest the motem. I’ve done it 1000 times since April. It’ll work for maybe a half hour. A few hours if I’m lucky but they won’t do anything about the root problem causing constant drops they don’t listen to their customers. Honestly terrible time. If you have any other options take that.

  Customer service rep was very dismissive and rude. And the managers were standing right there listening to, and watching how uninterested the rep was in helping with our problem.
