  Went into return equipment from cancelling my service. The wait was over an hour and I was told if I wanted it to be faster to go to the ups store.

  There was a long wait to return equipment (at least 15 minutes). Employees were standing around while at least five people were waiting to return equipment. They should have more dedicated people for equipment returns.

  If you don’t have to come into a location please don’t. You won’t be greeted upon entering the establishment you won’t be given any instructions on what to do or how to navigate. I visited this store at 3pm on a Wednesday and it was crowded so I stood around for 30-40 minutes waiting to pick up a modem. Multiple people got ahead of me in line because I had no idea what to do when I arrived. Do everything online don’t even bother coming in to this place.

  I was trying to remove a component in my internet service. I was transferred to a young lady quickly. She understood what I was asking, she seemed like she was going to be able to complete my request. Then we spent at least 20 minutes with her trying to sell me something.. she was reading from a prepared script. She asked me if I wanted it, without telling me what it was. She thanked me for choosing the thing she hadn't told me about. I declined over and over and over. She kept pushing, reading her sheet, trying to convince me I would have the same services for next to nothing. It was painful listening to her struggle, I couldn't agree to what she didn't even understand what she was selling. She did not want to give up. I know our long winded conversation was recorded, someone needs to help her learn how to upsell. In the end she did help me with what I needed but definitely failed to make her quota. You are only as good as the people that trained you.

  Slow service, rude customer service agents, poor process to drop off equipment with ridiculous waiting time. Glad to be ending my service with Cox! Listen up SPECTRUM and fix the Cox way of doing business!
