  I was in this store location on March 28th and worked with Anthony Matera. I came in to discuss multiple accounts that I have with Cox. It has been almost three billing cycles for both accounts I have and the prices he gave me as well as the emails I received while in the store are not what I was quoted. A few issues I have here with the customer service: 1) I have called this store many times since and have been advised that someone would let Anthony know that I called and to call me back. That did not happen. 2) If I have advised the person that answers the phone that this is the 3rd and 4th time I have called to get help and speak with Anthony why not just ask how they can help me? 3) Why give these employees business cards when they do not call back or check their emails. I also left an email a long while ago for Anthony with no response. Still to this day my bills are incorrect. I want this rectified and I also want the a refund back of the difference for each account.

  Had great experience today trading in old remote and my clerk, Adonis, was also able to review my bill and save me $16 per month. Didn't expect that and greatly appreciate his attention and expertise.

  For the second time I have received an email from Cox giving me a cost of services that isn't what is on my bill. The billing rep doesn't see any email being sent to me so I should ignore it. The link in the email takes me to the Cox app, but I should ignore it because they have no record of sending it. How can a company initiate communication and have no record of it?

  Thanks for the apology, but it mostly falls flat when you just say "sorry", then don't offer a fix to the problem. I've been trying to get a Contour II remote control since mid February, as the new one from Cox is made for folks who can read Braille - I cannot. I thought Samuel (Cox employee), was helping, but in that 2 months he's offered to order one, check the warehouse, etc... without ever actually doing either. But even he doesn't reply to me anymore. It's a remote control for goodness sakes... there should be a pile of them readily accessible so when we need to exchange we can simply leave our old one and grab a new one... staff doesn't have to be bothered, and customers don't need to wait around for hours. New management needed as this site doesn't have one. Staff actually thinks it's a legitimate policy to make people wait an hour+ to exchange a remote control!! Worst company you'll ever deal with - no support at all, no respect at all.

  Cox agent refused to listen to problem and ragequit the chat before scheduling a technician because I asked about my bill. Did not solve my problem, was extremely rude in the chat, and was clearly not reading my messages or even attempting to correct the problem. Worst customer service experience in a long line of poor customer service experiences.
