They never answered their phone so we left a message. It has now been 3 days with no response from them. I’m ready to cancel cox all together

Going from $60/ month to now over $200.00 and all I did was transfer to a new apartment. Beyond ridiculous. If you can, get internet from anybody else besides Cox
