    I recently changed my modem thinking I could use a New IP address. Turns out every physical location has its own IP address. It only helped change the modems password. Apparently the hackers had no problem figuring out the new password. This I did to try to get away from the hackers. Well they changed the modem free of charge. Which was very nice of them.

    I had really good service in the store, but a technician was needed to fix my issue. One came out and service was restored for a day and a half. A different one came out and couldn't fix it. He said someone was on the way to fix the "outside switch". Nope. No one came. I texted the tech, as he instructed me to do and i was ignored. I understand things happen, but being ignored is unacceptable. Booooo.
