  This location can get busy at times, but the staff is prepared for that and once it’s your turn, they take care of it pretty expediently. Jai provided a warm welcome and excellent customer service along with patience and ultimately ended up in a successful transaction. Would recommend this place and staff anytime even with the transition.

  Due to Cox changing to Spectrum, I have to change home security systems. I called Cox in August to schedule a tech to come out and have my cameras taken down. Today, no one showed up so I called and was on hold for an hour just for them to tell me that they do not schedule tech appointments to take down equipment. So, one of the Cox/Spectrum employees flat out lied to me and gave me a FAKE reference number. BEWARE. Zero stars, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  Cox had a promotion, when you sign up for mobile phone service you can get an Android or Apple phone for $99. I am ready had a phone but my daughters could not be activated since it was older. We agreed on the promotion to get the phone for $99. Cox actually was financing the phone cost and they would then make the monthly payments, which they have done. The problem is, I have no debt other than my home. Since I do not have any other lines of credit other than my home, they wanted a deposit of 25% because of my lack of credit history. We paid the $99 towards the phone, taxes and another $272 which was the 25% DEPOSIT. We were told that DEPOSIT would then be credited back to us after a few billing cycles. Cox put the finance through but the deposit went towards the cost of the phone. Cox was then not paying for the cost of the phone minus the $99, they were having me pay the $99 and the deposit amount.making their $99 dollar phone almost $400. I have called every few months, they would look into it, it since the phone is paid off, they will do nothing. I was transfered today five times, hung up on twice. DO NOT TRUST COX OR THE COX STORES. If I could rate them zero I would. I am cancelling service and switching to a monthly service like Mint Mobile, where you can pay for a year up front at a great discount.
