I trying to contact to activate my new service but none of them tried to help me they were acting as they don't care also I don't know why they want to send someone to fixed the connection and trying to charge me 90 box is this person come. When in my apartment complex is been always cox. This is really stupid. Cox or spectrum with this employees are going to broke remember first rule ever when you're running a business is always provided good customer service to be successful. To my new provider tooks only 8 minutes to set everything. Cox sucks.

The website is a joke, you can try to fix the issue on your own and it still won’t work. Also I have to reset my router every couple of days. You get what you pay for here….Don’t do it. Ending my service as soon as my contract is up.
