I've had no resolution since my internet outage last week and they are not sending out the correct personnel. They claimed there would be someone there to fix it yesterday and when the person arrived, he said the issue had been resolved in his notes but told us that he would need to send someone else out to fix something at a different pole and that they would go out same day. Well no one came out and I called this morning with, again, no resolution. They just made another appointment with another tech that may not be able to help us in any way. This has been an ongoing issue with our service, and we have been loyal customers for many years so I find this unacceptable.

So I am making a call using both their wifi and their mobile and my call gets dropped 3 times because their wifi dropped out and apparently the mobile data was unable to keep me connected. I'm in my home in the city ten feet from the router. These were customer calls were I had been on the phone for ten minutes or more when the call dropped. This company is awful. Their customer service is also a nightmare to deal with.
