  Terrible service. Switched internet from cox and cancelling was terrible. I made it pretty clear all I wanted to do was cancel. Rep was rude and was very condescending to me and tried to make me feel stupid for canceling. I would’ve considered switching back to cox if my new internet ends up being bad. But now I will never return. I wasn’t even going to leave a review until the rep spoke to me the way he did.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Canceling Cox Internet shouldn’t require spending over an hour trapped in a chat window. The first representative kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes before abruptly ending the chat without completing my request. I then had to start over with a second representative, and after nearly another hour, they continued pushing different plans, discounts, and “special offers” instead of honoring my repeated requests to cancel. This doesn’t feel like customer service—it feels like a deliberate strategy to make canceling so frustrating that customers give up. I said I wanted to cancel multiple times. That should have been the end of the conversation, not the beginning of an endless sales pitch. Respect your customers’ time. When someone asks to cancel, process the request instead of forcing them through a marathon of retention tactics. Cox has turned a simple five-minute request into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

  Worst service provider ever. The wifi is out more than it is on, and when you try to call the customer service can't help with anything. As if that's not bad enough, all of the online agents to chat with have been replaced with AI and are somehow even worse than the real life human customer service reps. Would never recommend their services, especially not at the egregious prices they charge.

  Cox Internet sucks. Been out, AGAIN, all afternoon in Springdale Arkansas. This is the 3rd time this WEEK! Was supposed to be up by 5:06, nope. AND IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with a "live" person. Time to start looking for a new provider. Internet is out AGAIN, Friday July 24th. Estimated time to be back on 3pm. Definitely looking around for a new provider. 4th time this WEEK Internet is out! Now the idiots shut off my service today, as I asked for it to be transferred on the 27th.
