They told me there were no cheaper options, but they offered what they described as free technical support coverage with no additional cost. I agreed to it because that sounded reasonable. However, without clearly explaining it to me, they changed my internet plan from unlimited data to a plan with a 1,028 GB monthly data limit. I only discovered this when I received an email warning that I had nearly reached my data cap. I was shocked and very frustrated because I was never informed that my unlimited plan would be changed to a limited-data plan. For that reason, I decided to switch to AT&T.
