Price jump 60% with no notice after price1" tall but tiny need glasses to read" into rate print" on ads. Then they try to get me to come back.

Can't wait for ATT to come to our neighborhood. If they don't soon I'm going to get star link just to avoid using this crooked company. They nickle and dime you and their customer service is worse than the crap you see it in port a potties. Avoid or cancel your service and move to a company that values your business.

Terrible service, slow speeds, unreliable, no communication on maintenance timelines, absolutely the worst provider in the area and have been for 20 years.

Most pathetic excuse of an internet service provider I’ve ever used on this planet… and I’ve been alive a long time

Saw a hit on my credit report. Realized I still had the equipment from when I moved. Called to address this and pay the outstanding balance or return the device, and the supervisor for that department openly lied, claiming Cox doesn't report to collections or credit unions. When I told then I can see the report in front of me, he doubled down saying they do not report to collections or credit unions. Then I asked what happens when I pay the outstanding bill. He said they report that to the collections and credit unions. So which is it, Cox? I just want to pay the money owed that no one contacted me about for the 7 months since I moved.
