- DCDusten CanadyMay 23, 20261.0I wish there were an option for less than 1 star. I called to cancel service and the goal seems to be making it so hard that you give up and keep paying. I had to call 4 times and one person simply hung up to keep me from cancelling. My only hope now is that there is a class action lawsuit against them for making it so hard to cancel and I hope I get my $2 from it. Unbelievably complicated experience with terrible customer service. 1 star is more than they deserved at the end of this. Good luck getting out if you ever use their service
