  "I had a wonderful experience starting my journey with Nextlink, thanks to Sarah. She was incredibly kind and professional, taking the time to listen to my frustrations with my previous provider and helping me find an unlimited 100 Mbps plan that would have saved me $552 in the first year. When it came to the installation, I want to highly commend the technician, Keegan, for his exceptional hard work. He was professional, kind, and spent a significant amount of time trying to get me service, even going up on the roof to set up a tripod with a 20-foot pole. Unfortunately, he was unable to get a connection from either tower. While I was looking forward to the service and the great referral program Sarah mentioned, I will be staying with my current provider for now since the connection didn't work out. I truly appreciate both Sarah and Keegan’s efforts today."

  We had a tech person come out and install a satellite by the name of Josh Macmillan and he was the best person that anybody could ask for he was very transparent with me about how the installation will be going. He showed me step-by-step on what he was doing to get everything installed, and by far the best installment person that I’ve ever met.
