- ZZZaelSep 18, 20251.0Worst ISP I've ever had. Works less than 20% of the time. Had it less than a month, never works, out all the time, no one will give an ETA on return of service. A complete joke of a company, what a dumpster fire. Avoid this company at all costs. To Nextlink, don't bother asking me to change my review. I will not do retroactive reviews, you should have provided better service in the first place if you wanted a good review. Edit: I did in fact call and try to get it fixed. However, it was not fixed. I reiterate, this company is garbage, avoid them at all costs.

The technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, able to answer our questions, friendly, and was so good with our dog--who is a nervous barker with strangers. It never phased him. He just kept working and talking to her till she quieted.
