  Our service technician did an awesome job during the service call! He was very helpful and completed the job with the customer in mind. I would also like to give a shout out to the dispatch Supervisor Rachel for doing a better job than the initial dispatch representative for ensuring we were taken care of the right way! I understand safety is a priority for the service technicians but the disconnect between the customer support team and the dispatch team was horrible. Rachel and the service technician helped to resolve that.

  Mr. Rubio did an outstanding job moving my ONT to the inside of my house. This was totally unexpected, but well appreciated!!!!
