- CMCrystal Moreno2 days ago1.0I attempted to set up internet service with Nextlink for my new home and had a very frustrating experience. The earliest installation appointment available was three weeks out, which was already inconvenient. However, the biggest issue was the lack of transparency. At no point during scheduling was I told that the installation would require a tripod with a 10–20 ft pole mounted to my roof. Had I been informed of that beforehand, I never would have agreed to the appointment. This is something that should be clearly disclosed to customers before booking. Now I’ve been living in my new home for over a month without internet, and the entire situation has been extremely disappointing. Communication and customer care were poor, and I feel my time was completely wasted. I do not recommend Nextlink based on this experience.

- RSRebecca SullivanOct 2, 20251.0Do not ask them to come give you wireless Internet to a shop because they will hardwire it anyway and leave the wire out on your lawn so you have to bury it yourself and they leave holes in your shop they left 55 feet for me to bury myself
