    My bill with Grande doubled in a single year, despite being a customer for almost a decade. They won't give me the cheaper rates they advertise online, and they demand to see personal lease documents if I try to sign up again. This is a terrible business practice. I am pulling Grande from all my rentals.

    I called three days into not having WiFi cause I assumed it was because of the rain, there might have been an outage.. but I had to wait three more days after astound cancelled my appointment…. Idk why. They had Timothy (thank the lord) come out here and teach the blonde how to fix this simple problem that I could have been fix over the phone… he was nice in telling me it was the internet box not the WiFi (internet was in the wall) as a non WiFi expert didn’t want to mess up!! thank you Timothy for being a great help and understanding!
