    Absolutely great workers very efficient and respectful, HOWEVER this may be the most inconsistent, horrible, slow internet provider I've ever seen or had.

    I just spoke with grande about the endless mail they send me, trying to convince me to restore my account that I canceled for a very good reason (after calling a year ago to discuss my bill, it increased). First, I tried calling to request that they quit sending me mail. That did no good, I receive at least one piece of mail per week from them. So, I stopped by the office to discuss this, and the older lady behind the front desk was very rude. I explained my concerns, and she said "I'm sorry you feel that way," as if I have a problem. So if you like rude people that don't care about the environment, continue to do business with grande.

    Carlos did an amazing job while we had problems moving into my new duplex, and he was kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable. You can tell he has been doing this a while, and this is why I love Astound. They have great people who work for them. I am so glad I am back with Astound, and Carlos was a great representative for this business, and continues my interactions with a long line of great and knowledgeable employees!
