Very friendly and seemed to love doing his job. Answered any question I had. Could not have asked for a better tech. Thank you. Nextlink has been amazing to have a pretty great service. If you live in a rural area they are the way to go and are very affordable.

He made sure what he was installing was what was best for our office and made sure all was working like it was suppose to before he left our office.
