My real reason for a 5 star review is for the amazing costumer service with Julie Bright! Not only was she able to assist me and help with my frustrations, she was sincere and personable! You can tell she truly cares for the people she comes into contact with. She constantly made sure she was acknowledging what was occurring with my account and knew exactly what she needed to do. She even went above and gave me her contact information if any issues ever arise in the future. Julie is an exact representation of what costumer service should be. Vyve broadband is lucky to have an employee like her! Thank you Julie!!

He came switched out the modem/equipment and everything was fine for about 30 minutes. My husband called and it had stopped. I called the tech and he called my husband, and everything started back up without issue. Great company to work with. Have had 3 other companies that we have worked with, but were unavailable in our home area, going with Vyve was one of only 2 choices because the 3rd choice was not an option. It was a decision that we have not regretted. Great service, and great company to work with.
