I run a Samsung TV and mobile ,tablet , and laptop and they all experience this. I've done all.i can and after the tech came out , advised I purchase my own router and modem. That's the way to go. I mean full seconds on the latency. Bad.

Over the course of a week, I spoke with Corlis Calvin three or four times and the level of professionalism was amazing. In today's world, customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but not so with Ms. Calvin. She was kind and attentive and even followed up when she didn't have to. Her positive attitude and customer focus was so refreshing. She needs to be training new employees!!!
