Crazy enough as it seems I look forward to paying my bill because i get to see her and have a delightful short visit. She is always so helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and assists me in any needs with my service. You’re going to pay $100+ for internet that doesn’t work half the time. When you call, they just give you the run around and push it off to needed an appointment, then when they come out they don’t find anything wrong. We have one of the biggest packages they offer, pay $120 a month on auto draft. And I have more issues streaming my shows or playing my PC then I ever had. They’re the only WiFi network offered in our area. Or I would have been long gone a while ago.

My husband and I just moved to Granite Shoals from Horseshoe Bay and the first technician messed something up causing our Wi-Fi to act up. So we made a work order to hopefully fix the problem then our saving grace Mr. Colton came to our rescue and redid the wiring!!! He was so awesome even though I was late for the appointment he was understanding and got to work outside until I arrived. He then explained that the wiring the previous tech had done wasn’t connected right and fixed it!!! We are so beyond grateful he knew exactly what to do and it took him half the time to do it as well. Anything he did he always made sure to ask if he could enter my home or move something it was the best experience I’ve had thus far and will definitely be requesting him for any future problems we have!!!!!!
