    Edgar did an awesome job setting up the internet at my house. He was super friendly, showed up on time, and got everything up and running way faster than I expected. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and even answered all my questions without rushing. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. Definitely top notch service, highly recommend Edgar if you want things done right!

    Danny was very professional, friendly and efficient.He explained everything clearly and completed the setup quickly. He also showed me how to check my network status and use the app, which I really appreciated. Even when my app showed some information in Chinese, he navigated everything quickly and smoothly—I even joked that his Chinese is better than mine😁!Great experience! Thank you, Danny!

    This review is for Joseph Torres. I know in business you get a ton of complaints, however this review is to praise great customer service. When there are so many companies that supply internet services, the thing that sets them apart is service. I call customer service and the customer service representative was professional and understood my situation. She dispatched Joseph a couple of days later. He discovered the issue and stayed until it was fixed. He is a credit to your organization. Thanks- Bill

    Their customer support in regards to equipment returns in awful. Cancelled my service due to a move and it took them over 2 weeks to send me an email about where to return my equipment. Of course, I had already moved out and no longer had access to my previous apartment. Now they want to charge me 300$ due to inefficiencies in their own processes. I absolutely loved the Internet service and had virtually no problems in my 3 years as a customer but between them randomly adding HBO Max on my bill and this equipment return issue, I'm not sure I will ever return as a customer.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I had the best possible connection. The whole process was smooth and stress free thanks to him.
