Well, The two Clowns that don't know what they are doing showed up at my house about a month ago to turn "my antenna" 180 degrees to another tower because it was working sporadically. It was down for several days and I asked for credit and was told my bill would be credited but it never was. LIE #1. Said a different tower would work better. LIE #2. It was working when they showed up. They spent over two hours trying to get it to work and couldn't. Then they decided it was my router that was working ok before they turned it. LIE #3. Told me I would not be charged for the old used dirty looking Nokia that they were leaving. LIE #4. It was so bad I had to go buy a new router myself. Checked my bill today and see it raised my bill 7 dollars a month. Called Nextlink and they confirmed I was being charged a monthly fee for it. My account was charged on4/4/2026. Today is 4/8/2026. Told them I wanted the remainder of my money back for the service I am not receiving and was told they couldn't do it. I immediately cancelled my account due to the pathetic customer service I received. I guess it's easier to cheat your customers and loose them than to make things right. Only reason I gave 1 star is because it wont let you write a review without it. Lets see how long before they delete my review.

I just switched over from a different company and got it swiftly installed today. Our installer, Laquin Cabiness, performed our installation and did an amazing job! Made sure to be transparent throughout the installation, as well as inform us about the entire process and guided us through the app professionally. Made sure to test everything before heading off. Overall, really satisfied with how fast the installation was and how easy it was! Appreciate it!

Everyone is extremely courteous and helpful at NextLink. I contacted NextLink because a construction crew severed the fiber optics cable that came into my house.
The customer support agent was very understanding of my situation and was helpful in having the field scheduler contact me in a very short time period. The scheduler was able to provide me an appointment the next day. The technicians that responded to my house were quick with their work and had my internet working again within a short period of time after arriving at my house.
Well done NextLink. I am very please that you are my ISP.

A tech drilled a hole into my guest bathroom., the guy Collin Cox who is supposed to “take care of the claim” hasn’t called me every time I call his phone number it goes straight to voicemail. I have called Nextlink time and time again and they keep saying he will call me. It’s been two weeks mind you I also haven’t had internet in all that time. I want to cancel my service and they keep transferring me to different reps. I wish I could give this review a negative. Do not ever use them if you can avoid it.

We have to be getting somewhere close to a lawsuit here. Yhe internet is constantly going out. We were promised a speed two different times. Upgrading because the first time caused me to lose a job opportunity as when the internet was checked it was far below the speed I PAY for. Now we have Upgraded to a "faster package " and have yet to keep constant internet. I have many many many photos of the error messages we are constantly dealing with day amd night. I have internet so that my TV runs while I sleep or I have sleep disturbances. I have yet to have the Internet run consistantly waking me up many times. If it so much as hs a cloud out the internet goes out. Fox it if you are going to charge people for something. Give discounts as I know you can see the outages and terrible speeds your customers are dealing with.

Your response in no way addresses the complaint. Why you keep emailing me aboit whatever work you were doing to the tower the day of the review shows ypir lack of professionalism amd care for ypur customers. Blaming customer equipment is ridiculous. We have had the same issue since day one. As stayed in the email back to you 2 other neighbors have the same issues so I guess everyone is to blame but the slow internet provided right? Like I said in the email there is no need for anyone excuses that does not address the issues. I will be f9nding service elsewhere as there is more available here now than just nexlink. I hope others see this an choose better for their internet. Good day
