Our technician from Nextlink was Blake and he was very knowledgeable and he corrected our problem quickly. We live in the country and our internet connection is excellent! He moved our service to the rooftop of our home to eliminate the cable running thru our yard. We couldn’t be happier and really appreciate the work he did.

Save yourself the trouble and get an internet provider like Starlink or ATT Air. According to my phone records I was on the phone with Nextlink for 449 minutes / 7.4 hours trying to resolve my internet issues for over two months. Additionally, I had 6 service techs out to work on the equipment - lots and lots of time waiting. My internet was not working, did not work, they knew it didn't work, yet I was still charged monthly. I now have ATT Internet Air. I didn't have to drill holes in my roof or walls, and have had zero issues. There are better options for internet out there.

Worst internet provider we have ever had. Live in north Texas and continue to have outages every other day. They came to our house multiple times to “fix it”. Just for it to start having issues again the next month. We pay for the top internet fiber service and It is the worst internet we’ve ever had. If your area provides any other company I would choose anything but next link. Sadly for me, next link is the only fiber company in my area.

If you are rural / not on their fiber (tower/relay) this “telecommunications” company is the WORST. Internet regularly (1-3 days a week) have outages, outage “notifications” come HOURS after you’ve already reported no service (and resolved notifications are 50/50 correct if service has even been restored!) customers get ZERO notification of SCHEDULED maintenance outages. Their “app” is an ABSOLUTE JOKE (literally just their webpage on an app interface — worse than Costco’s app and that’s saying something). Service appts are typically days- weeks away meaning that if your home internet isn’t working, you’re gonna be waiting a LONG time to get it fixed (aka don’t rely on it if you work from home). Our address doesn’t even show that they provide service in our area…after more than 2 years of service with them. But the worst yet is that their service tower our area receives from was being decommissioned— and with less than one day advance notice to switch to another tower (where all adults were unable to be home for the service appt), we coincidentally get an “outage notice” a day later. It’s not an outage. They preemptively took down the service tower WITHOUT redirecting all those customers BEFORE meaning all those people have ZERO internet service till redirected to a new tower. 3hrs into my schedule appt time today, I get an EMAIL that it’s now cancelled with NO notice (and for no reason) and now “rescheduled “for 2 WEEKS OUT ( *totaling more than 3 weeks of NO INTERNET service!!)
UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL Telecommunications Company who RARELY communicates with their customers. Avoid NextLink like the plague if you have any other service providers as an option. Starlink here we come.

I would give them zero stars if I could, based on their absurdly poor customer service. Our previous provider was acquired by Nextlink, and while we occasionally had outages, we could always count on very quick and effective resolution of the issue. Nextlink on the other hand, is slow to respond, their bots often tell us that service has been restored when in fact it hasn't, just terrible support overall. I do not recommend them as an ISP.
