Been without internet for 72 hours now. Was told it is due to a power outage. I could understand if it was weather related but it's not. It is sunny and in the 80s. Said they were trying to get a generator to the tower but can't get in. How can you have a tower where you can't get in? Seems like we have outages often.

We have used Nextlink for 10 years plus, probably one of their first Parker County customers. This year, 2025, we have had numerous (3 or more) outages that spanned multiple days. On one occasion a technician call out was a
3 day wait, Nextlink tech support said no one else was without service. Then magically a software update notification came out and our system came back on line. I am afraid after being one of their most loyal customers it’s time to call Starlink. (Typing this review in my AT&T phone data) They have let their quality slip.

The tech that did our installation was great and did an awesome job! The service has been great with no issues. We have multiple tvs, multiple laptops (2 kids that are home schooled) and a gaming computer running most of the time and we have no trouble with signal or services interruptions. The woman that set up my install and service was also super helpful and set up our install really fast!
