Randy vehicle # 524 performed my service upgrade including new antenna, tower and new Eros pro 7 router and mesh WiFi extender in my home. He professionally called to say when he was going to arrive and was on time to the minute. He was professional and respectful of my property, its appearance, and my time. He performed all the necessary installations, testing and site cleanup post installation. Definately an asset to nextlink and its customers. Very pleased with his service and his professionalism.

These people are great to work with. We have used Nextlink internet for almost a year and only switched because of fiber capabilities. When I called to cancel, Amanda in Customer Loyalty at the corporate office helped this, sometimes terrible, phone call with not only canceling our services, but also informing of a fiber backup plan, which is very interesting to me and that I didn't know about. As soon as a fiber plan is available with Nextlink in my neighborhood, we will be switching back.

This job reflects complete professional decadence — where basic standards, care, and accountability have deteriorated into careless workmanship that can cost homeowners thousands.
I have 10+ years in telecommunications — mounting satellite systems, routing and securing coax, wall drops, weather-sealed entries, grounding, and clean, code-conscious installations. I know professional standards. What was done to my home reflects illegitimate work, poor craftsmanship, and poor workmanship.
My roof is maybe six months old. Instead of using proper shingle clips (which cost mere Pennies), the installer drove screws directly through the shingles, compromising a brand new roof and creating future leak risks. Just yesterday, I was informed this voided my roof warranty, leaving me financially exposed for future roof damage.
The coax was routed improperly across the roof in a way that can trap water and accelerate deterioration — basic installation standards ignored.
At the wall entry, a proper collet/bushing system already existed. The installer chose not to reinstall or replace it — a component costing only pennies — and instead relied on sealant alone. This shortcut saves only minutes and a few Pennies, yet compromises long-term weather protection.
Debris and trash were also left on my roof — clear carelessness. Out of everyone who could be sent I happen to get a trashy installer who does not care. Get another job if you can't seem to find a few minutes to be professional.
No communication, no options, no homeowner approval. Decisions were made on my property without basic professional courtesy. You can't afford a few minutes to stop and inform the people who actually own the house your working on?
It has now been over a week with no correction, no inspection, and no accountability.
Work of this quality exposes homeowners to thousands in potential roof leaks, structural damage, and long-term liability. This installer requires retraining and direct oversight, and responsibility extends to those who trained and supervised him. If this level of workmanship is allowed, it reflects a serious failure in quality control.
Homeowners should understand the risk: poor installation can cost far more than the service itself. Based on this experience, I strongly advise carefully evaluating alternatives before trusting this company with your home.

Great customer service, I had a problem, more of my ignorance and lack of knowledge, but they settled it quick and was super friendly. Really one of the best customer service I've ever experienced!
Nextlink support was excellent in resolving my issue with a dead ONT. Caleb Taylor and Chad Rhoades were phenomenal technicians — extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue, and installed the ONT neatly inside the home.
I truly appreciate their attention to detail and clear communication. Highly recommend both Caleb and Chad, and thank you to Nextlink for getting my internet back up and running!
