Jason was great. He hooked up the new router and made sure our TV was connected to the internet before he left, answered all of our questions.

This has been the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The fact that you can’t contact them in the evenings nor weekends is a major issue with me. When I experience just that, I decided to pour my numbers out to a different provider, constantly got the runaround constantly had to cancel the port because next link indicated they couldn’t make any changes or fixed the problem while the port was still in process. I’ve canceled the port now four times and still have not gotten my numbers reported to my new provider. As I continue to deal with this poor service it seems there is no help for me because no one there knows what they’re doing. I’m constantly transferred, put on hold, and left in limbo while they do absolutely nothing to fix this issue. I want my number, I need my number, this must be taken care of immediately, but this company is totally in severely incompetent.

My installer was super great. He worked fast because he knew we was leaving for the holiday. It was supposed to be a simple part exchange and turned into and upgrade. He made sure everything was ready to go when he left. This was on Christmas Eve
And I am very thankful for him showing up when it wasn’t even his call. Josh was great give him a raise

I wanted to choose great customer service instead of sales process he did a great job very polite and respectful cleanness answered all my questions and never once did I hear a bad response.
