The sales person on the phone was helpful. The installer was amazing. He needs a raise. And the service has been uninterrupted since he installed. The price is decent, although I wish I could have gotten a couple of more months free to help me with the contract I cancelled to get your service.

Tried to call this company to give a complaint, but couldn't get ahold of them,so in giving a review,truck number 589 was rude to my husband took off his hat like he was going to fight him,and his girlfriend in the truck was mouthing at us too.All because we asked him to becareful around our corvette. 01/11/25 at2:40 pm

I wish I could give them zero stars. I have been their customer since Nextlink bought out my previous ISP. I have been without my service for 21 days as of today. Initially was suppose to be an area outage two weeks without service. I filed an FCC complaint and the day sfter Nextlink was contacted by the FCC I receive an email from Nextlink saying outage cleared… hmm my internet still not working so now they have added another two weeks for a service call. I have requested escalation no response from Nextlink. This is the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced!
