They cancelled my appointment twice now with no explanation of why. Furthermore, both cancellations occurred DURING the period of time they were supposed to be at my residence. Now the cable is going to be exposed during freezing temperatures. I’ve called multiple times but no one has given me any answers. The lack of professionalism has me regret switching to this company
