The tech that came was having a bad stroke of luck which made him late but he didnt let that get in the way of his job. Je was professional and super friendly plus his work was top notch and clean.

We haven't had any issues with Nextlink over the several years of having them. However, we had a big rainstorm come through and our service got knocked out at about noon on a Sunday. I tried unplugging the router and such several times and nothing worked to reset our service. We called Nextlink and the rep asked us to go through the steps again, with her on the line. After it did not work, she acted like someone would come out that Sunday evening to get us back up and running. Since we never heard from anyone and it was now starting to home in on 5 pm, my wife called again and the customer rep that answered that time kept talking in circles and we finally pried it out of him that since nobody was contacting us back about showing up that day and with Monday being a holiday, chances were that nobody would be there to repair it until Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and I never heard anything from a rep until well after lunch on Wednesday afternoon. The rep said that she could get it scheduled for Thursday afternoon. With this said, I would give the customer service team "0" stars if I could. A technician named Daniel Kurtz contacted me when he was on his way and when he got there, he was very nice and professional. He listened to my story as to what happened when he service went out and he corrected the issue. We now have a great connection. I would definitely give him "5" stars and I'm giving an overall rating of 4 stars because we have never had any other issues over the last several years.
I'm also taking into account that my outage occurred on a Sunday with that Monday being a Holiday.
