- BGBill GFeb 13, 20265.0Wanna start by saying that I've moved into a pretty new apartment complex and I'm familiar with there being issues with wiring and things like that in places like this in the first few years, and I know that not everyone looks to get the high end speed like I prefer. So I got the 1.5 GB speed and have had a couple problems with both the speed and the billing however the customer service to fix my issues has been nothing short of astounding, pun intended. It's so rare to have a company employee people who will bend over backwards to fix your issues, and have systems in place already to assist with making those corrections. Of the three employees I've had interactions with they've all been stellar, off the top of my head I can't remember the initial technician or the customer service reps names so they don't get the same shout out, but they're very deserving of one. Anthony, the technician you came by today to check the speed issue, was awesome. Very happy I chose this company for my internet.
