    Astound internet service was installed Feb 6, 2026. On Feb 26, 2026 they had to come out again due to an error message repeatedly saying "no internet". The the original installer apparently didn't complete the job and neglected a step. On March 30, 2026, I started receiving the same error message "no internet". This went on for 2 or 3 hours before internet service resumed without constant interruptions of no internet service. Yesterday April 8, 2026, at approximately 2:48pm I started receiving the same message "no internet". I rebooted, shut everything down and restarted. It worked for about 5 min before saying the same thing. So I called Astound and was told that I was going to need someone to come out because something was wrong AGAIN! I've only had Astound for 2 months and a technician has been required twice within that time frame. So everything I've heard about Astound appears to be true! Very Dissappointed!

    Landon provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! I opted for the self-install option, and he personally delivered my equipment, making sure I knew I could reach out if I needed any help. When I did run into some setup issues, he responded immediately and was back at my home within 20 minutes—talk about reliability! He had everything installed and running perfectly in no time, and his professionalism really stood out. He was incredibly respectful of my home (even removing his shoes before coming inside), and he took the time to thoroughly walk me through the app so I felt completely comfortable using it. What truly sets him apart is his commitment to customer support. He made it clear that I can contact him anytime if I ever need assistance in the future. That level of care is rare and very much appreciated.

    Quedé completamente impresionada con el trabajo de Landon. Desde el primer momento demostró ser una persona muy profesional, puntual y con muchísimo conocimiento. No solo identificó el problema de mi internet rápidamente, sino que lo solucionó de manera eficiente y dejó todo funcionando mejor que antes. Además, algo que realmente marca la diferencia es su actitud: es amable, respetuoso y se toma el tiempo de explicar todo con paciencia, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Hoy en día no es fácil encontrar a alguien tan responsable y comprometido con su trabajo. Sin duda, recomiendo a Landon al 100%. Si buscan a alguien confiable y que realmente haga bien su trabajo, él es la mejor opción. ¡Servicio de primera! 👏

    I was a customer of Grande/Astound for 11 years. It was the worst 11 years of internet service. Constant WiFi outages for several hours at a time. You never know when it will come back on. If you work from home STAY AWAY from Grande/Astound. Countless service people coming to temporarily fix the issue that would come right back. Several houses on my street also felt forced to have grande/astound and had to deal with all the same issues I was dealing with. I had a service person tell me on the phone they were familiar with my street because there was constant grande/astound outages. I understand some outages are out of the hands of the provider due to weather and other scenarios. A lot of the lost connection was due to the service of grande/astound. There were not a lot of options for other providers so I felt I had to keep Grande/Astound. I am finally done with their services and cancelled my account with them. In true Grande/Astound fashion no one shared I had to return their equipment. Luckily, I did so anyhow to avoid any charges they didn’t tell me about. They stayed truly awful to the very end. Do yourself a favor and never get this provider.

    Bad call center customer support service. I was billed incorrectly and it took months to get resolved. I was waiting for my refund for months afterwards. The call center staff is incredibly incompetent. This is to blame on management and poor training at the CSR 1 level as a majority of the 10 plus reps I spoke to on the several month journey were all confused on how to proceed. Edit: 2 reps were helpful out of 10+ reps I spoke to. Hence 1/5 I’d like to give credit and praise to the rep that got my refund started. The manager that processed my refund. And the rep that initiated my refund to my cc (Matty). These 2 reps should be the standard. Whatever cost you think you’re saving on cut training cost is not worth it, I promise you. I spoke to one manager who was given all the information (which is not much). I believe the manager I spoke with should have anticipated that I would need my refund to actually be refunded. This can be alleviated again with additional training.
