  We have had vyve for many years a few years ago we had to take cable off and just keep the internet because our bill kept raising each month. Our issues were resolved but now we are currently displaced from our home due to a tree falling on it. The electric company came out and cut our power line since the tree was laid on it as well leaving us with NO ELECTRICITY.. vyve has been told this many times but wants to keep calling us about a payment and if we don't pay it, it will be over 400$ to get our internet back on. I'm sorry but there should be no payment for wifi when the home has no ELECTRIC that's completely a waste of money knowing we aren't able to be in the home for a while that money would go down the drain then we would have to turn around and pay the same amount once we are back in the home, they could put the account on hold not disconnect it to where we aren't customers anymore causing us to fork out more money when we are already spending a lot to keep a roof over our head as our home is getting fixed!! This place is a complete joke and definitely needs to understand where we are coming from there's no reason to make a payment if the home is destroyed, electric turned off, and the home not being used. I'm absolutely livid over this situation we have been loyal customers and are being treated very poorly vyve needs to rebrand themselves or shut the business completely I have never heard one good thing about their services!! Now they want to tell us we aren't customers anymore due to an issue we had no control over!! Completely ridiculous!!!!

  Kristy is always friendly and very helpful. She takes care of her customers! Ive lived in several towns and Vyve has been the best internet Ive used.

  I had such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable right away. Shannon took the time to listen to what I needed and helped me find exactly the right fit. Nothing felt rushed, and all my questions were answered clearly. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine—definitely 5 stars!

  I’ve had Vyve for the last 5 years or so and I’ve only had one outage during that time, which was quickly fixed by staff! I always enjoy the customer service Shannon provides behind the desk, she’s very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, making my visits there much more personable and great! Thank you Shannon for always going above and beyond for the customers!
