  We’ve had vyve for a couple years now I believe and it’s been the worst experience with a ISP imaginable. To start the service in general is poor and you don’t get the speeds you are paying for. It could be fine for a week or 2 and then there will be an outage or something. Yesterday our internet went out and so after 30 mins of being on the phone with support they managed to fix the issue, schedule a technician for today anyways and now after the technician left the internet is out again. So I call them back and I tell them what happened and they did offer to make us a priority and say they’d try to get someone out today but they can’t guarantee anything. So they scheduled another technician. For tomorrow. It’s just a headache and so inconvenient. We started talking about other ISP’s and it dawned on me that this is how a business loses customers, and even if we get worse service from another ISP vyve deserves one less customer so we’ll likely be switching ISP’s off of principle alone and using mobile hotspot in the meantime. Price kept going up every month and the service kept getting worse.

  Absolutely poor customer service. Been having constant outages 10 or more so times a day for two weeks. Sent out a tech and changed some equipment and the issue was not solved. Requested a tech come out again. The tech called and advised he won’t come out due o it being a line issue and stated he would get a maintenance truck to come out and fix the line. He lied and never requested a maintenance truck. I called them a third time and spoke with their customer service who apologized and stated she would get a maintenance truck for the line repairs. She never set up the maintenance truck. Now after getting off the phone when them a fourth time, they are now requiring another tech visit before they send out a truck. Will be canceling my service and going with their competitor *Update* After writing my negative review, Vyve responded to the review publicly and apologized and requested I send them the details to an email address they provided. Thinking maybe that the fifth time is the charm I emailed them as they requested. Not only is my service still terrible they never emailed me back about my issues. So not only is their service subpar and their customer service abysmal but they are absolutely insincere in wanting to repair relationships with their customers. Avoid altogether.

  This is my worst nightmare not knowing when the Internet will go out, during the summer here... My Internet went out every Friday or Saturday for 4 straight weeks. If we have a power surge, it blows out a modem type transformer at the pole, they come out and keep replacing the thing but no other solution to be done. Vyve is very bad and unreliable.

  Worst internet you could possibly get. You’d be better off having no internet at all and saving money at the same time.

  Folks what ever u do, do not except any upgrades from these people. I did in late January early February and ive been screwed 10 ways from Sunday by these people. Got offered a upgrade the months mentioned wasn't calling for this was calling because Internet troubles. It's been down hill ever since. If ur on a fixed income don't expect these people to care about u or yr lively hood they in it for ur money that's it. Spent 1hr on phone this morning to no avail so ive told them to get there junk out my house put my modem back in Internet back way it was that i no how to pay my bill as vyve broadband obviously doesn't. If u want good Internet go elsewhere if u want good customer service go elsewhere if u want to be screwed 10 ways from Sunday go to vyve broadband u will get it this is for sure. I'm looking for Internet but there's nothing around and locally here where i live they will not let no other companies in. This is the only reason im with vyve broadband but if they persistent on screwing me no ways from Sunday i will learn how to live without it. This i promise
