During our planning session, they listened carefully, took detailed notes, and absolutely nailed the execution. The result was a website that perfectly reflected what we had imagined. When it came time to review the final product, we had only a few minor adjustments—nothing cosmetic—because everything was already spot-on. We also had the opportunity to participate in an in-house training where we learned how to make simple updates on our own and how to monitor our website’s performance.
