Worst customer service imaginable! Without internet for 4 days while ever one around me has service with other carriers. You can’t get past the phone loop to speak to anyone! I go to the store and they tell you there are issues in your area but no idea when service will be restored! Do not waste your money on them!!! They should get minus 5!

This is the sorriest, least helpful, conniving, deviant, lying internet company I have ever had the displeasure of paying over 1000 USD to. The internet was never good even before moving into an apartment, but once I did it had consistent issues, my wife had to resign from her work from home job because of their issues, I was paying for sattelite internet on top of Vyve for 3 months, but kept SATELLITE INTERNET BECAUSE IT IS MORE RELIABLE AND FASTER. It doesn't make sense, I upgraded my line, had only third party contractors come out to do the installs, of which the first guy had no idea about anything then the second guy told me they fired the first tech that was sent out to me, then the third tech who installed the new line did not do any drywall cleanup on the hole he made. I genuinely hope blue ridge puts them out of business I would rather pay 150 a month towards a reputable company than deal with this garbage ever again. To top it off, September 22nd I started up my sattelite service, didn't cancel Vyve until November 14th, the lady at the counter that accepted my Eeros laughed at us returning it before the end of the billing period. It was useless for months anyways and I always paid in full with autopay, but they didn't charge the last one to autopay and sent it to collections before 30 days was up, if I didn't get told from the collections company I would have it taken off my credit history I would be in court against Vyve for false advertisement, loss of wages for my wife, and whatever else the lawyer could come up with. I will advocate against this company for the rest of my life.
