- EGEd GivenDec 6, 20255.0Charles and Brad were awesome to my wife and I when we were there Friday night and Saturday morning. They made our change over from Tmoble to Cox so easy and carefree. Impeccable customer service. I came in late on a Friday night and my transfer from my old phone to new was going to take 2.5 hours and it was 530 when Charles started. You guys close at 6. Charles and Brad were willing to stay until it was completed. I decided to let the transfer go and left it overnight. Now that's awesome customer service. Thank Charles and Brad. You guys are great. They were having technical difficulties on the back end with emails which delayed our process but to show appreciation for our patience, The Assistant Manager Peter offered to give us the first month of mobile free. Customer service at this location was a 10/10. Great personalities here too. Friendly staff and a clean store. They are also going to be helping us with transferring internet services when we move next week. We will definitely be coming back for any COX related needs.

I went in yesterday to set up internet service at a new residence and was impressed with the high level of customer service, attentiveness, and professionalism of every person working there. Max R. helped me with getting service set up, answering all my questions, providing me with information on potentially adding cable service in the future, and ensuring I was all set and had no further questions before thanking me for coming in and wishing me a good day. I got home with my router and set up was even easier than he made it seem; I was online within five minutes. Excellent store, excellent location, excellent in all regards. Thanks!
