- LCLois CardarelliSep 26, 20255.0I went into the Cox store to discuss my bill. Do to misunderstanding of changing my billing date and an added fee for the change I also received a late fee charge. I understood the added fee once explained to me and disputed the late fee charge since I have been with Cox for many years. They removed the late fee charge and I requested to see that charge removed on my bill which they did and sent me an email showing the deduction. Going forward I will be more diligent in keeping track of what family members in my household are watching and calling Cox periodically to see if any new deductions apply to me. Hope I helped.
