    Unfriendly employees who don’t care at all. Employees don’t tell you to sign in on the iPad to get help so ppl come in and stand aimlessly looking around. I had to tell another customer to sign in on the iPad because no one was helping him. Employees were shouting across the store loudly and having personal conversations instead of promptly helping guests.

    Never the one to leave bad reviews but it took 2 hours on chat with a live agent to simply cancel my Internet services. None of my questions were answered, response time from the agent varied from 15-20 minutes and I was asked multiple times to keep my service active after stating very clearly I want to cancel. If you can avoid cox, I would. They need a serious customer service revamp.

    Employees at this location have to be some of the most unprofessional I have ever encountered . Gave my elderly father a hard time picking up equipment , when we were advised to do so from the phone rep due to ups failing to deliver the equipment . There’s so much I want to say but I don’t know the proper channel to do so
