Have to go to this place to turn in unopened package What a Joke. After waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. I finally am able to return the package and cancel. Only to find they charged for the first month already. But apparently it will be waved because Ive never had it installed or used it. Do your self a favor and stay away from cox. Anything else has to be better
