I decided to close my account, at first for a month, because my bill went up by $9+. I then decided to close my account. The person said he saw the problem and would fix it and send my money back. I waited over a week, then when I looked in the app, it showed it would go for my return month. So, I called to cancel once again. That was done. I spoke to three people in the same day and kept telling them to send me a return label. They said if I go to UPS, they have their address and can make the label themselves. I went and they said I needed the label. They don't have Cox in their system. The app wouldn't let me call or text with anyone, so I had to take it to a Cox stores about 5 miles from here--I don't drive!
