- SSSJan 13, 20261.0The lady was extremely rude on the phone! They have also shut off our internet 2 different times! Can anyone recommend security cameras that work without internet? Because getting backup battery for the router would be pointless because they think its funny to just shut it off! Its also pointless to spend extra money on a smoke / carbon monoxide alarm that connect to the internet to be able to notify your phone! House is getting robbed? House is on fire? Blue ridge doesn't care! Absolutely ridiculous! Maybe the better business bureau needs to be contacted! Considering all of the complaints from others! Then again not shocked they have 27 complaints within the past 3 years on the better business bureau!

I am so glad that newberry township is voting down the agreement with them so they will no longer be the only company allowed to provide us internet. Their prices for cable are so outrageous it's not even funny! They literally upcharge the price of premium channels by almost 50%!! If I could give this garbage company zero stars I would! I hope the owner of this shi* company sees this and knows that we are all going to laugh when you go out of business. Your stranglehold over newberry township is coming to an end! The fact you literally take advantage of people because you know they have no other choice is disgusting! I can't wait to see the day you go out of business!
