I just recently switched to the 500 mb/s internet, and I have had it just over a week now and I don't even come close to 500 down on the net, I've had tech guy after tech guy, I should be getting at least 350 yo 400 at the lowest, but I get like 120 and below when I download, and as far as the upload speeds there to low for a 500mb connection, they should be at least 50 upload not 15 even though the upload fluxuatee as well below 5 ,yes 5 I said, they seriously need to fix things or there facing law suits
