- KLKim LaBarDec 9, 20255.0I tried switching to Fiber Optic through Frontier. Frontier was an absolute nightmare. They cut our blue ridge line and never came back to fix it. Told me no one would come by for almost a week to 2 weeks. I called blue ridge the next day sent they someone out to our service that day. And it felt like I was talking to a real person who cared and not just a sales person who followed a speech and couldn’t do anything for me like Frontier. Staying with Blue ridge!
