Not only did they not mail to my Ny address. They even mailed it to the wrong post office box. What a nightmare of a company to deal with.
- MSMichael W Carmeci SrFeb 19, 20265.0Had to stop in to upgrade my EERO's and Tivo's to the latest versions to go along with the recently upgraded fiber optic's. Took a little longer than expected but there were 5 units that had to be taken off my account and then added on. Once done I was also able to lower my bill by removing a few things as well as increasing my speed for a lower offerprice that was guaranteed for 3 years. So all in all it was a productive cost saving day. Hooking up the new units and remotes was pretty simple once I got home. I still think costs are way to high for hundreds of channels you never use. I would love to see a plan where you can pick your channels for a set price in the future. If not, I may be going with internet and streaming only very soon. soon.
