    David MacFarlin Astound Rep took the time to explain the services offered by the company—he was knowledgable and patient with all my questions— Miguel completed my install on a Sunday— he too was very knowledgeable- he was respectful of myself and my home— A minimal install price of $14.99 and a locked in for life my monthly fee $40! For fast Fiber Optic.. I have had no issues since installation— Now canceling with Xfinity was a nightmare—- Give this a try— first month free— nothing to loose— I’m saving money and I have a better service…

    ⭐ 1-Star Review I was a customer with this internet provider for five years, and unfortunately my experience went downhill year after year. Every single year my monthly bill increased without any added value or improvement in service. I had to call repeatedly just to get the price back down, and even then it always crept higher again shortly after. It felt like a constant game of chasing them to correct their own pricing. The final straw came when I decided to cancel. Even though I had already switched to a new provider and hadn’t used their service for over a month and a half, they told me my billing cycle had “already started a couple of days ago” and that I was required to pay for a full month anyway. No prorating, no consideration, no flexibility—just a blanket charge for a service I wasn’t even using. After five years of loyalty, this is how they chose to end the relationship. Between the yearly price hikes and the unfair final billing, I can’t recommend this company to anyone looking for transparent or customer‑friendly service.

    Your representative was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with solutions. She was so good at her job that I intentionally came back when she was working so that I could continue to speak with her about my account. She is an excellent representative of your company And should be rewarded for her excellence.

    Astound is the worst provider you could find. Stay away! It’s worth paying more to another company because the Astound service is awful. It’s always down. They are never a help when you call them either. Today’s down time , so far it’s 6 hours and it will be another several hours. We are switching back to our old Comcast service.

    Giving Astound a 1 star. Just switched and am already having major regrets! Issue 1- Sales guy talked a good game but was very misleading about how autopay discounts work. He told me it would apply on my first cycle as long as it was a checking account but customer service said 1-2 billing cycles. Issue 2- our internets speeds throughout the house were far less than the competitor we switched from. Tech came out within a day and swapped out all equipment and added an additional extender and said it would be a $3 unchanged but am being told it's more. Very much regretting the switch.
