However, classic bait and switch with internet pricing as my bill went up almost double "after the promotional period", which I was not informed that is was promotional pricing at all. Meanwhile I watch new customers receive deals on their service "for life". Called 3 times now and apparently no one can help me to get the bill to where it was originally. Giving new customers discounts while leaving current ones with bills that are sky rocketing up is pretty terrible. Its like giving the faithfull employees a pizza party while the new inexperienced people get a $1500 sign on bonus. Its awful and you should be reported to the BBC

Once you come back, the rates go up. Deceptive advertising and dishonest telemarketers. Absolutely horrible and reprehensible. I'd give negative 5 stars if I could for poor customer service and deceptive (lying) staff who then say afterwards that they "misspoke".
