Once you come back, the rates go up. Deceptive advertising and dishonest telemarketers. Absolutely horrible and reprehensible. I'd give negative 5 stars if I could for poor customer service and deceptive (lying) staff who then say afterwards that they "misspoke".

I check a missed call stating the tech was at my door. No knock, didn't ring my doorbell, the tech themselves didn't even call. I check my camera and no one was at my door. I call and the appointment was cancelled bcs the tech was allegedly at my door with no answer. I said that is funny as again no knock, no doorbell, and no tech call. They said the tech notes it's a white house with a white door. Yes, anyone driving by can see I have a white house and they see a white SCREEN DOOR, the door is NOT White. Obviously, your tech had other things to do. Don't like and "assure" me the tech was physically at my home and tell me a story about how your brother or brother-in-law passed away and your camera didn't get your mother or mother-in-law sneaking away the next day. Really? Horrible service all the way around. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
