That awful annoying wait music was over WE are getting help. A human answered and what dud he say? This is billing. I cant help you. I will put you in line for support. Are you kidding me? I was supposed to be getting my turn to speak. I told the man on the other end that I pushed the number for support, not bulling!

I called to complain about it and was told your modem is outdated. They couldn't call, text, send an email or a notice in the mail saying it was time to upgrade my modem? NOPE!! That's apparently too much work for them! It's sad that i was paying for my internet and it was paid on time every month but they still couldn't tell me I needed a new modem. That's what you call poor customer care!! They couldn't have a technician bring a modem to me. I had to go there and get a new box or I was going to get billed to habe a technician come to my home to switch the boxes. RIDICULOUSLY LOUSY SERVICE BY BLUE RIDGE!!! I'm sometimes up late at night watching something online when suddenly my internet gets cut off. I reset my router and modem and I still get no service. I call the next morning and am told we were doing maintainanence on our end. I signed up to be notified about this but I get nothing. AGAIN - poor customer care!!!
