What are you planning to do about it? You're the only game in town and that's not fair. No wonder folks are dropping and going to streaming. We should bill you for time lost on our shows . In fact we are going to keep track of the time lost and want a refund. Figure this out because right now you suck!!

Not to mention, now they send you the equipment - you install it, you set it up and they just charge you more! Cost is insane - if you’re a new customer you get a great deal, if you’ve been a very long time customer (because you have very limited options), you just keep paying more for less.
