These guys will have you run around,transfer your call and make you hold for minutes to hours and then tell you they cant send anyone out until 3 days later.

- BWBryan WoodDec 17, 20251.0If I had any other options for internet in my area, I would quit Blue Ridge in a heartbeat, but internet providers are legal monopolies somehow, and I have no other option. General internet speed experience has been been fine, but that's about the end of the positives I have about Blue Ridge. Of course, there's price increases for a plan you already agreed to, which they can get away with, because there's literally no other option for internet. Probably the most infuriating thing they do is that if, God-forbid, you're financially struggling and are too late paying your internet bill, they will intentionally throttle your internet speed to where it is basically unusable. This is the pettiest business practice I think I have ever seen. I don't know why they do this instead of just shutting off your internet. But don't bother trying to call them and asking them for a little more time to pay your bill, or even if you can pay a partial payment for good faith, because until you pay the exact amount that they want, your internet is unusable. I hate this company and its terrible, greed driven, petty business practices. If you have any other option for internet, pick them.

Been on hold three different times with only one response, and all that person did was defer me to the contractor who damaged my property and illegally installed the service. Let’s see if I can get someone to contact me when I remove the box from my property.
