- LLLVFeb 21, 20262.025+ years with cable via coaxial, zero problems in all of that time. Switched (mandatory upgrade) to streaming boxes a week ago and now channels are unwatchable due to constant stopping and buffering about every 3-4 minutes. I'll have to cancel, not paying almost $2000 a year for something I cannot use. And yes, I've reset the boxes, the router is fairly new, and checked every setting on my TVs. Internet/WiFi is fine.

For the Price She Pays for Basic Plus and her landline ie $226 mo, Maybe We will Start to Deduct the Cost Of LOST SERVICE TIME on the Monthly Bill. I wrote to my State Representative and others about the Monopoly Blue Ridge Holds Over us and we Cant Use Another Service as they Block us from doing so...This is Taking Advantage of Consumers Rights. Done
- PPPaulJan 23, 20261.0I would just like it to work. No more circles spinning , white balls oscillating, messages indicating a problem exists. And they're working on it, voices in sync with lips. The best part, I need to reboot,reset and restart like I'm not paying to have it work right.
